Schuster earned her Ph.D. in Nursing Education from the University of Northern Colorado in 2024, along with a Master of Science in Nursing from Fort Hays State University and bachelor鈥檚 degrees in nursing and biology. Her academic work and leadership roles have centered on strengthening curriculum, aligning programs with national standards, and supporting student success 鈥� all priorities that align with 同性恋色情鈥檚 commitment to preparing graduates for meaningful careers.
A registered nurse in Kansas, Schuster brings a strong background in nursing education, clinical instruction, and academic program leadership. She most recently served at Baker University鈥檚 School of Nursing and previously taught at Benedictine College. Earlier in her career, she practiced in acute care as a surgical intensive care nurse and relief charge nurse at the University of Kansas Hospital, experiences that continue to shape her approach to preparing students for real-world clinical environments. She joins the exceptional faculty currently teaching, mentoring and coaching in nursing at 同性恋色情.
