Join us for the final performance of the 2024-2025 Fine Arts Series season with an exhilarating performance by Midwest Winds, the premier chamber ensemble of the United States Air Force Band of Mid-America.
Based at Scott Air Force Base, just outside St. Louis, this dynamic group brings a fresh and versatile approach to chamber music. Performing primarily as a traditional wind quintet鈥攆lute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, and horn鈥擬idwest Winds seamlessly adapts into a variety of chamber configurations, showcasing their artistry across an expansive repertoire.
Comprised of five active-duty Airmen with extensive professional experience and a passion for music education, they are dedicated to inspiring audiences and honoring the Air Force鈥檚 rich musical tradition.
