With the support of her professors, mentors and two key internships, including one with Compass Logistics that turned into a job offer, Matea discovered her passion for human resources and training development.
Selected to represent her graduating class, Matea offered these words in her Commencement address: 鈥溚粤瞪� meets each student where they are and gives them the resources and confidence to shape who they want to become.鈥�
